Contacted secret escapes as we had booked a long weekend away for my husband's birthday. They responded with an automated email, so o er a week later I emailed again. Got a response today of your break is non-refundable or non-transferable.
We were unable to travel due to the countries lockdown. I will never be using secret escapes again as they are profiting from this international pandemic and taking people's money, Corporate Greed!!!!
