Do not book with them!!!
Booked a weekend hotel and had the hotel email me offering cancellation or postpone. I cancelled and emailed secret escapes who claimed booking is non refundable and non changable. In the middle of a global pandemic they are the only provider who havent put their customers first. Will never use them again
