Email with the options, and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve been told there is nobody to speak to in the complaints department, all correspondence must be done by email. They won’t give me an estimated lead time of when I will hear back. They are keeping a few thousand pounds and I’ve had no response! Really difficult to deal with. Don’t care about their customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
