Despite about 5 requests for the money spent on a cancelled holiday to be refunded to my credit card, Secret Escapes have notified me that my account with them has been credited.
Before anyone considers making a further booking with this company I would invite them to consider their track record i.e. blatently ignoring their own terms and conditions and wilfully disobeying the law of the land.
