Appalling customer service. I have repeatedly declined their offer of a credit to my account requesting a full refund.
As I paid by credit card I have successfully obtained a full refund through Section 75 of Consumer Credit Act 1974. The credit card company can now deal with SE.
Will never book with them again - because of their poor business model they are unlikely to exist in a years time or with reinvent themselves under some other name.
