NEVER EVER USE SECRET ESCAPES AGAIN!!
I had exactly the same experience with everybody here. Secret Escapes kept saying that they would refund but it never happened.
They now has stopped replying my emails.
I've using Secret Escapes for long time as they offered very good deals but I am not going to use them again.
I will accept their non-refundable policy in a normal situation but this time is not. Those holiday cancellations are not our decisions.
