I do hope the COVID experience of many guests is sorted out as I had great experience with customer service after Fantastic trip to Iceland. An excursion was cancelled and they sorted out a refund quickly and without fuss. Dealt with questions, queries etc quickly and we had a great time. Shame about these reviews, hope it gets sorted for people.
