This company seems to worryingly be unaware of their basic legal obligations - or even to have heard about the Package Travel rules. They have told me that they are waiting for the hotel to refund 'my' money which they will then pass back to me. This is the refund I have been waiting 3 months for.
Definitely won't be using them again or recommending them.
