Have given one star as that is the lowest possible rating , should read at least minus five .
Dreadful experience , first and last time we will book through this company - that's presuming they somehow manage to stay in business .
Our experience very similar to all other poor reviews and just leaves us feeling thoroughly ripped off.
When telephoning calls were directed to a call centre in Portugal so not surprising that some had language barrier problems.
