All in all the experience of using the store online is good, products are easy to find and the website easy to use. The buying experience is very good. The products are nice, we dont think the pure linen duvet covers are going to last that long. We have had two now, and the one that arrived late July is showing signs of becoming stretched and misshapen. We have already seen the fabric is easily caught (we have already had to sew up a hole). So whilst the pure linen is great to sleep under, we are not entirely convinced of its longevity. The pillows we bought are excellent albeit pricey and they took quite a while to arrive.
