I like the quality of Secret Linen and I sense they are a small business trying to grow in the toughest of times. I hope they do well. The packaging is great too, really nicely presented.
What stopped me giving five stars is when I ordered I received an email saying my order would take three weeks which was not apparent when I placed it. I would not have ordered if I knew that in all honesty. As it turned out, the order arrived after a week, maybe ten days. My advice is be clear about the expectation and accurate on supply chain.
I will buy again.
