I was very impressed with the quality of the bedlinen and also customer service. Unfortunately the linen I ordered was the wrong colour and had to be returned. The customer service was brilliant and very reactive, unlike a lot of online companies who have to be chased up for receipt of returns and refunds Secret Linen were exemplary. I would highly recommend Secret Linen.
