Ordered a king size linen duvet cover and it had a slight pull. Contacted Customer service. Easy to get through and speak to someone. Explained the problem and the replacement was sent out the same day. Straight swop with the delivery driver. Love the new cover and the handwritten card. Wonderful customer service with a personal touch. Would highly recommend this company.
