Bought the violet duvet cover, very pretty, but had to return it because the lace edging came into holes after just one wash.
staff were extremely good at accepting return and apologising. I have bought sheets before and they were absolutely fine. just don’t think this linen duvet cover is fit for purpose. I will still buy other things from them because on the whole the products seem fine.
