Website and purchase process was good. Value very good. Service to get delivery was a bit of a nightmare and took a long while to resolve. Whilst the Secret Linen Store were very fast in response to issues we've raised, they weren't able to resolve what should be a simple case of their delivery company having some sort of issue with the package in their depot and not being able to deliver it. The company DPD is clearly a cheap budget option for delivery, and they are not good. It's a real shame, as genuinely have found the general idea of the store really good, and their customer service excellent. But experience was ruined by it taking ages to get the products through. The good news... the duvet is awesome and the bedding excellent.
