Customer service very good. Have found a wide variation in product.
Eg. The white linen bedding is coarse and scratchy. Whereas the other colours I bought seem ok. I have washed the white several times in he hope of softening it. Unfortunately despite following washing instructions to the letter and tumble drying with extra fabric softeners too, it seems the same. Not a cheap product either, disappointing.
