I ordered four king size pillows during the Christmas break so had to wait slightly longer than usual for them. However, when they arrived I was delighted with the quality - and the canvas storage bags they arrived in (a nice touch) have since been utilised to make four lovely big grocery shopping bags so haven’t gone to waste. The one slight criticism I have is not knowing how long they would take to arrive, or how, but that could have been due to the company being closed during the festive break. I did email in the New Year to check the order was progressing and had a very quick and positive response. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Secret Linen again in future.
