Bedlinen and pillows arrived beautifully packaged. Cotton bedlinen is of good quality and well priced. We are a bit disappointed with the medium pillows because they just seem a little too full which makes them feel firm rather than medium. We haven't returned them as it is too much hassle, but we would not purchase more as they are just too firm for our taste.
