I made a purchase of two pillow cases and a sheet during the sale as a treat for myself, as I am a pensioner. The bedding when it arrived looked lovely and I very much liked the pebble grey. Unfortunately, I had ordered a fitted sheet, rather than the flat one I had wanted to fit my unusually sized bed. Secret linen store offered to exchange, but at full price, as the sale was now over. I kept the sheet and will now always be slightly disappointed as it does not fit properly. Had the SLS been a little kinder and more accommodating I would have had a better shopping experience and probably become a regular customer.
