Your service, as always, is excellent. I recently bought towels from you and do have comments on these. Their appearance, colour, texture and drying quality are all good. However I am disappointed that a number of loose threads have appeared after only one washing. I have had to cut these off to restore appearance, but fear this may have weakened the fabric.
