The customer service is great with friendly and helpful staff. The website is easy to use. The only issue was the actual product itself. Advertised as "sensationally soft" with a "smooth sateen finish", I found the twill weave of this particular style to be quite rough and a little uncomfortable against the skin. In warmer weather this is an issue as there is more skin in contact with the sheets. So I will put them away until winter. The colour and the look of the sheets are lovely and they don't crease in the wash.
