The items were beautifully packaged and of good quality, unfortunately didn't match what I intended for them so needing to return them and that's when things have gone slightly wrong.
I have requested a return label twice now because if you return within 3mths it is free but as yet I haven't received anything.
Would have given an excellent score otherwise.
