Problem with first order was speedily sorted although a reminder was needed to prompt promised refund. Replacement item has also proved unsatisfactory and despite forwarding photographic evidence of the problem a week ago, As requested, I am still waiting for a response.
On the whole I do like this company but quality is not consistent and customer service, though cheerful, is not the speediest.
