I joined on an annual membership and I was concerned about the investment, but customer service informed me that I was not able to get a refund. I began working through the content a month later, trying to make the most of it, and found a lot of value in the program especially coaching calls. I love Lizz Smoak and Jenna Soard. I’ve enjoyed engaging with some of the other members in the community who have more experience. Watching the video lessons can be hard to stay engaged. The community a threads are very disorganized (and you cannot search for a specific term) but I get 1 or 2 comments on my questions when I post. I have learned so much and I love the new skills I have. I feel motivated and encouraged, that I have everything I need in this course to create a visual brand strategy. I love that it is beginner-friendly. I haven’t made any $ in six months but I am hoping to in the next 6 months - it feels like it will happen soon.
