I had to constantly chase my order status with support because after submitting payment, I received no updates at all for several weeks. After generating 3 unique support cases, someone in support finally told me that some of the seeds I ordered were not actually in stock. I was offered the ability to swap out my original order for similarly valued seeds. After multiple emails with support, I finally reached someone who was willing to help, but it took me nearly a month to get a response as to why my order hadn’t shipped. After about 6 weeks, I finally received a shipping confirmation and then received my order after about 2 months.
