I did not find the web site and purchase workflow particularly intuitive, and even missed the 10% "first purchase" discount because it was not shown on any page I visited before I made the order. Furthermore the promised e-mail updates about order progress did not arrive. I do not understand why additional "delivery insurance" is strongly recommended, given the reliability of the European postal system and when it is already the responsibility of any reputable trader to ensure delivery... it seems rather grasping. The 90 day limit on claiming for failed seeds is far too short, as having planted 6, only 3 came up, but I am storing the others for later, and 90 days will have long passed by then. All that said, the seeds did arrive in good time, and overall I am satisfied.
