I ordered some seeds and they showed up in a broken vile with the seeds broken and floating around in the envelope. I emailed them and have been waiting for over a week for a reply.
Update: It's been 15 days since my first email, and the seeds fianlly came in. These ones came in better shape. The last week I've gotten 3 separate automatic emails from them asking if they could close out my ticket. I kept responding that I hadn't received the seeds and the emails kept coming. How do they expect you to close it out if the issue hasn't been resolved yet.
