Seedsman took my money. Then Seedsman cancelled my order because it was out of stock. Customer service rep said my money would be refunded. Then said money was being refunded. They did nothing. They did nothing but give misleading, out right false statements. I had to chase they repeatedly. They took my money on july 15. On Aug 14 they said they would not be able to process my refund due to difficulties on their part. They said I would have to process my claim on my own thru my credit card company. On July 28 I placed another order after being informed first order was canceled. Customer rep while messing with my refund for the first order, made confusing statements about canceling my second order. Yikes. On Aug. 3 he sent email saying my order was sent out. After a few days I track it. No package was received by USPS. I called them on this repeatedly. On Aug 15 I lost trust in Seedsman. Too many false and confusing statements. I processed my dispute with my credit company. I had not received any product. I canceled my order and process a dispute. On Aug 16 they said my order was sent. This is the same order they said they sent on Aug 3. Yikes. Too many confusioning misstatements.
