I placed an order on August 1st and received a tracking number August 3rd. It is now August 18th and I still only have a tracking number in pre-shipment status. I placed two orders that day but cancelled one and the customer service experience was great with that until I was just told there is no access to the payment system from the time of my order so I'll need to provide ACH details or store credit. I'd be okay with store credit if I felt like I would receive my other order to begin with. I enjoyed seeing the selection options the site offers, there is a massive variety and a great filter tool to help narrow the results.
