I placed an order on 7/3/23 everything was confirmed and processed, Chocolate Skunk photo, Critical Orange photo and free OG Kush also a pack of free papers. A few days later I received an email saying that the Chocolate Skunk was out of stock and I had to pick something else. I only ordered to get this strain. I picked another strain and a few days later I received another email saying that you were moving warehouses so there might be a delay. I then received an email saying my order was being shipped. A day later I received an email saying that I could get a store credit or a refund. I asked for a refund and was told it was processed and I would be notified after someone else verified it. A week later I contacted customer support and was told that the other warehouse wiped out all records and I had to go through a 5 step process with my bank to get my money back. I asked again why don't you just send me my order? I finally received my order on 8/19/23, but I received Critical Orange auto, I don't like autos and no free papers! I contacted customer support again and I haven't received any response back yet, 6 days later. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! You take money from peoples accounts very quickly, but after that your customer service is horrible. I have placed a dozen orders with you in the past. This could've been handled differently and I am sorry it wasn't.
