So I ordered my seeds on Aug 16th, a label was created on aug 17th, then the seeds were never delivered to the USPS and I never recieved them. Today is 08/30/2023. I have tried to submit a ticket and got a "we are too busy" response. Then I called and left a message and got no reply....
Service has been zero. My seeds still have a tracking number that says they were never delivered to the USPS. I would either like a refund or my seeds but you customer service department will not help me.
