Unfortunately my experience hasn't been very good so far. My order was placed 3 weeks ago and I was charged through my bank account, but haven't received my items. When I checked the tracking to see what was going on, it said that the items were returned to sender. No clue why that happened, and the worst thing is my money wasn't refunded! So the money was taken, and the items were not given to me. Feeling like I was robbed to be honest. I've emailed them, and made a ticket for them to review or whatever explaining what happened, and so far all I got was an email saying that there backed up and haven't even seen my ticket or don't even know what the problem is yet. So there's no hurry to get me my product, or my refund. Which at this point is all I want. So yea, not a happy customer. I'd like my money back!! I shouldn't have to chase it. You should have realized that once the package came back to you, that an immediate refund should have been made.
