Initially, I had a problem because my Diet Durban seeds did not germinate and I had problems getting connected to customer service. I had to go on Instagram to get some attention. However, I did get through and got a full refund which I used to buy more Diet Durban seeds. It worked out in the end but it was a lot of time spent getting to a resolution. I would buy through Seedsman again. Thanks.
