Ordering was fairly simple. Can't say I would order again based on the "insurance" ploy, maybe I just fell for it. With the mark up on seeds, naturally, there should be a delivery guarantee without additional mark up. Than being said...Had a Gelato seed germinate in 24hrs... So the seeds are good.
