Overall, what keeps me as your customer is the price and variety on your seeds compared to other companies. However, on my last order you notified me that the order had dispatched on 9/5/23. On 9/18/23 is when I finally received the order. Earlier, on the 18th (I had not received my order yet) I had gone to my local post office to check on the status and they said the original package was returned to the sender because the complete address was not listed on the package. Later that day they came in the mail. This caused a longer delay in my receiving the seeds than I had planned.
