I've made several purchases over the years. My recent order, I encountered technical issues during checkout. I tried communicating through email but after a few days had gone by, I decided to reach out through the seedsman IG page. That person responded to my question pretty quickly and delivered my message to someone at the company for them to reach out. By the time I heard from them, I was able to update my cart and place my order. Other than that, my overall experience has been awesome. I found some of my favorites and was able to take advantage of the holiday deals.
