I’m not sure what the issue is as I’ve never had a problem on past orders but this experience has been disappointing. I did not receive my order and when I inquired about it I was assured it would be mailed priority that day. Four days later I received a package with promotional seeds in it but still not my original order. Apparently American customer service isn’t as good as the previous European service was.
