Because of technical issues, I ended up making three orders when I only needed one. The initial response time was a little slow (due to staffing shortages I was told), but picked up. I returned the seeds from the two extra orders and my money was refunded. It took a couple of weeks to sort out. Overall I was satisfied by my experience. Frederick
