Purchased 3 seeds from a BOGO email , only got 3 seeds , no freebies. Tried to contact just to find out email given as support contact is not monitored . Tried to call with contact phone number provided , also not monitored. Tried 2nd email that worked to get an answer that neither said I was right or wrong and didn’t say what they would do about it if anything. It felt like bait and switch and with all the no valid contacts , the evidence supports it. I was a first , last and only time customer. I never had this problem with Greenpoint or ILGM. And to think , they did that to a new customer over 3 free seeds from a ad they sent out to round up business.
