I did have an issue at first where I recieved only a canvas bag, but after I reached out to Laura at customer service, she quickly helped me solve the problem. I live out in the country next to a highway so packages and such are always being stolen from me porch and police don't seem to care much so I don't know if it was stolen or simply forgotten, but regardless of that, I have been a returning customer for years thanks to your customer service team.
