first i had to contact them because my order was just sitting in processing for 4 days after i payed. I then noticed they added a Free Item to my order but charged me $2.00 for it. The Customor Service tech. Did not even appologise for the hold up or the money.. Just sent a plain email saying the order has now been moved down the line.
