Initially there was a problem with my delivery. Not sure how it happened, but one of the seed packages was empty (ie. no seeds inside). The missing item was eventually re-shipped, so everything worked out well in the end. Delays in communicating with Customer Service resulted from the Easter holiday, which is understandable. Overall I feel Customer Service did a great job handling the matter, and I'm happy with the way the problem was resolved. I'm also glad I payed a little extra for shipping insurance, otherwise I'm not sure I would've received the missing item, valued at almost $100 USD. One other matter I'd like to mention is that I've never received tracking info for either of the orders I placed this year, including re-shippment of the missing item. Also, my account profile did not show the re-shippment. Not a huge problem, but I thought I'd mention it. Order # SSUSA-00178317, Ticket #543695. Thank you.
