I am new customer and my seedlings are growing at this moment still very young. Neutral due to not knowing the outcome of the purchases I made, and so far all have germinated no issues at all within 3-5 days. The main issue I had was when I ordered, my order was still processing after a week. Figuring it was because I was a new customer I reached out to the assistant which made me a ticket as to why my order was still showing processing after a week. Did not hear nothing at all so I emailed support directly, never got an answer as to why they just shipped my order and received it within the 12 days as stated on the site. Packaging was great sealed unless it was crushed by a heavy object they are pretty secure and not prone to being broken or cracked. All around solid 4-5 rating now until after harvest. I did get some stickers free which I thought it was seeds but I guess they were out of them or I didn't read it right
