The fact that I couldn't get ANY autoflower seeds as my freebies with my order, only photoperiod was offered, will most likely have me shopping somewhere else next time I order.
Being in customer service and sales myself, I don't understand this technique at all, but to each their own. Good way to lose potential repeat business however.
