Just made my second order. First order came in a timely manner. I paid for the second one to come faster due to lose in outdoor growing season. My first order did not germinate very well and I can not figure out why. I do have a ticket in on it with pics of the seeds. I have not recived any loyalty points from eather purchase yet. Did get the 100 points for initial registration. Barbara the AI customer service chat option does help but can't answer a few questions I have. I feel like I am bugging the company trying to get answers on some issues. Wish there was an option to just speak to a real person. So overall the website is great and a great selection. Seeds come timely. I will see how much faster paying for USPS Express. Only issue so far is unable to talk to a direct person and loyalty points not updating on purchase.
