My order was sent twice because the first one didnt deliver for some reason but they sent me all the info I needed to file a missing mail and ended up getting my order about a week and a half later after going down and getting a letter from USPS. Once I received the seeds I was having germination issues and Christopher made sure I was compensated in a short time with loyalty points to get seeds in exchange for the seeds that didn't pop. It was a bit of a challenge getting my seeds but the customer service was above and beyond the seedsman support was great will be ordering again forsure.
