One of my clones was delivered in bad shape compared to the other three and I gave it a week in hopes it would recover to which it did not. I sent an email and got a response. “I’m sorry but you have to report it within 24 hours of receiving it” I’m sorry but I’m an optimist and was willing to give this sick plant a chance. It’s not the money but principle and most definitely not my fault but it is my problem.
