Unfortunately, the package arrived in terrible condition – completely destroyed, to the point that even the plastic tubes didn’t survive the shipping. Customer Service: The complaint process was handled fairly quickly, which is definitely a positive. My order has just been resent, so I’m waiting for the new delivery. Summary: On the plus side, the order was processed quickly, and the customer service was efficient in handling the complaint. On the downside, the damaged package, lost time, and the uncertainty about whether the next one will arrive intact are concerning.
