This was my second order, the first one was filled quickly and I couldn't have been happier or more impressed, 5 stars all the way. My second order was delayed by well over a week and showed delivered because Seedsman assigned the same tracking number to my second order as the first. That was bothersome but I get it, mistakes happen. The problem was trying to get help to correct the issue. Chatting with an AI assistant was zero help, told me a ticket was created and someone would be in contact with me. That NEVER happened. Hire a human being for that position for goodness sake! If this is the kind of follow up service I can expect, not sure I will shop with you again. The clones arrived the other day, kind of out of the blue. I like your product, they seem healthy and vibrant, it's your customer service I find lacking
