The service was fine. The bummer was only 2 of 6 seeds germinated. I used a heat mat, set the humidity to 70%, and had an air temp of 70. I used both the paper towel method and direct soil. With the direct soil I placed in soil and applied a cover of vermiculite to retain water.
So I would love to sing praises but the outcome was a bummer. They seem like good people though!
